Use Inbox and Calendar
Inbox and Calendar help you follow work after an application starts. They do not replace your full mail or calendar app.
Connect an account
Section titled “Connect an account”- Open Settings.
- Open Connectors.
- Choose the available mail or calendar provider.
- Review the requested permissions.
- Complete sign-in with the provider.
The connector keeps its provider token in the operating system credential store. Jobwright stores linked application records on your computer.
Inbox shows messages that Jobwright linked to an application or work opportunity. Use it to find recruiter replies, next steps, assessment notices, and deadlines without reading an unrelated personal inbox inside Jobwright.
Open the message to see the linked company, role, application, and suggested next action. Check the original message before you act on an important date or request.
Calendar
Section titled “Calendar”Calendar shows interviews, application deadlines, preparation time, and reminder proposals. A mail update can create a proposal when it contains a useful date.
In Review mode, you approve the exact calendar action. Search & Apply can add one exact application reminder only when the active campaign mandate allows it.
Without a connector
Section titled “Without a connector”Jobwright can still show application progress that exists in local records. It cannot read provider mail or write to a provider calendar without the matching connector permission.
When a message needs a reply
Section titled “When a message needs a reply”A mail connector does not authorize Jobwright to send a message. Review and approve the exact reply action when that capability is available for the task.
